Frank > No engine is clearly visible here. With the suspension raised, the under side of the Bug is clear to view. I also removed the front and rear bumpers to reduce weight. I installed "Cal-Look" Bumpers. The are much lighter, and show off my "Non-Engine" status.

Frank > A good look at the Bug with new suspension. The finished product. Nothing left to do on the Bug. It is as it is. After almost $10,000.00 counting the Bug purchase itself, the Bug is done and totally ready for the streets.

Frank > Here my Bug is charging all day at a charging station in Oxnard, California.

Frank > Another look under the hood while the Bug charges. I go to work, the AVCON charger charges my battery pack all day. When I come home the Bug is ready to run.
